Lake Neusiedlersee

Lake Neusiedlersee is Austrias biggest lake and also called the “sea for the Viennese people”.

The lake comprises 320 square kilometres. The deepness of Lake Neusiedlersee keeps within bounds. The deepest spot of the whole lake is just 1.10 metres.

The lake is located in the north of Austrias federal province Burgenland, and directly next to the Hungarian border.
