Filed under: Styria — admin @ 8:05 pm

Hieflau can be found in the Northern part of Styria, and belongs to the district of Leoben.

The cosy little village is part of the Rudolfsbahn railway, which received its name by crown prince Rudolf.

Since always the existing of Hieflau is connected with the history of the Erzberg (ore mountain). Outside the villahe you are going to find also a war cemetery for victims of the last days of the second world war.

Hieflau has 1.500 inhabitants.
