Gmunden is one of Upper Austrias most popular holiday destinations in the south.

The town is located on the Northern shore of the Lake Traunsee, and delights its visitors by its glorious flair and architectural jewels of many different centuries.

The town became an official spa resort in 1862. Before the trade with the salt was the most important income, which brought a lot of money and wealth to Gmunden

Pasching is a village in the Central part Upper Austria.

The village of the past turned to an important economical centre of Upper Austria of today.

In the southern part of the village, Pasching has Upper Austrias biggest shopping centre: Plus City.

Pasching gained Austrian wide fame and popularity by its football team. In a couple of years they made it from the 6th League to the 1st, and into professional football.

The municipality of Pasching is divided in the Southern part with its industrial area, the shopping city and also the football stadium and main traffic artery. The centre, city hall and church is located quite far in the Northern part. In contrast to its Southern part, the main centre of Pasching is still characterized by agrarian and village character.

Pasching has 6.500 inhabitants.

Dörnbach is a little village and belongs to the municipality of Wilhering.

The little village of Dörnbach is located in the Central part of Upper Austria, close to the Danube river, between the bigger villages of Pasching and Wilhering.

You may pass the village when you want to get from the Central area of Upper Austrias Linz county to the Danube river.
